Nahargarh Fort Ranthambore
Nahargarh Fort
The nascent Heritage Hotel in the Ranthambore region, called the Nahargarh Fort is the most excellently supervised and flawlessly preserved heritage hotels in Sawai Madhopur. One can almost feel the pulse of the tigers and the breath of the Hyenas once they enter this hotel without the slightest trepidation of being debilitated by them.
The jungle experience without the fatal consequence is evident here, much like the Tragic Plays that purges us from excess emotions by the process of Catharsis, without metaphorically causing any harm to us. Amidst the lush green landscape, the fierce predatory animals reside and they tempt us by their howls and cries, but the shelter overhead stops us from being preyed upon by these carnivorous hunters.
Accommodation:
The shelter is provided by the Nahargarh Fort. The Hotel rooms are spacious and there are 40 rooms to accommodate the tourists. The Resort has been built in the 16th century style fortress that has a huge courtyard in its front. The gardens and the traditionally decorated rooms are bound to draw your attention and the Chowk based design also speeds up our thought to the old days of the Maharaja Hunting Camps.
Once again the revival of the old mystery before our eyes makes us cherish the eloquence of childhood fantasies while we encounter the image of the Rajput Maharajas on entering the Fortress. The rooms on the first floor are embellished with individual courtyards while the rooms at the second floor have private terraces which offer a magnificent view of the National park adjacent to the Resort.
Cuisine:
The spacious rooms are air conditioned and are supplied with sufficient amenities that suits the mood of the Resort and the pulse of the Forest animals that reside outside it. Both Continental and Indian Cuisine is available but the Rajasthani Cuisine is preferred. to the rest.
